Thank you for considering the Metcalfe Cooperative Nursery School for
your child's early learning experience. Below is a link to our Member
Handbook for 2009-10, which will provide you with information about
our school and its programs. In reading it, you will also learn about
the many other aspects of being a member of the Metcalfe Cooperative
Nursery School.

The Metcalfe Cooperative Nursery School registration package consists of
several forms that together make up the complete registration package.
Please print these forms and fill them in manually. The nursery school
requires that these forms be submitted together with post-dated cheques
for tuition and registration fees in order to register a child for our
regular school year program.

Please submit these completed forms and payment of fees to the nursery
school directly at 8140 Victoria Street, Metcalfe (lower level).
** A Police Records Check form must also be completed and submitted
directly to your local Police Services Station as part of becoming a
member at our school. Please refer to the Police Records Check
Procedure for full instructions. Please note that in order to get the
Police Records Check fee waived, you will need an original signature
from our school's Director on the fee waiver letter (last page of the
Police Records Check Procedure document).
