The Metcalfe Cooperative Nursery School (MCNS) is great place for kids to enjoy their first preschool experiences. We are a non-profit registered charity licensed by the Ministry of Education. Located just South of Ottawa in the beautiful village of Metcalfe, we are proud to have been providing quality early years programs since 1979.
Our teachers provide a wonderful combination of fun, caring and learning. Children move freely between defined activity centres within our completely renovated nursery school space including: Sand & Water Play, Play Dough Table, Crafts, Painting, Dress-Up, Manipulative Games, Large Motor Equipment. Daily programming also includes Snack Time, Story & Music Circle and Outdoor Play.
